peach crepes

What's a lovely summertime crepe accompaniment? A succulent summer peach!

Dice and serve with peach preserves or homemade whipped cream with original crepes.



PS:  I attempted to freeze some extra crepes several weeks ago and reheated today, and they worked great! Any time you make too much, save yourself a stomachache or jip the dog by sticking them in some aluminum foil in the freezer (laid flat, but you can stack!) for later.
